    Research interests

    Yoy Bergs joined the Academy of Hotel and Facility Management in 2016 and currently works as a lecturer. Yoy finished a Master’s Degree in both Work, Health & Career and in Work & Organizational Psychology. For both masters she conducted research on work-family conflict and its influence on specific health outcomes in the working population.

    Areas of expertise: health & wellbeing, work-life balance, sustainable employability, human resource management, employee motivation, happiness fulfilment & empowerment, leadership, workplace strategies.
