Research interests
My research focuses on career development and gender representation in the Dutch hospitality industry. I explore why employees, particularly women, face barriers when it comes to advancing in their careers in the Dutch hotel sector. This research is carried out in partnership with Minor Hotels, Accor and IHG, keeping it closely connected to real-world practice.
