Research interests
Martin Walker (Liverpool UK, 1972) is a Lecturer in Computer Graphics, and a VR Developer and Researcher at Breda University of Applied Sciences. Prior to joining the university he worked for a decade in the games industry as an Artist and Art Manager (notably Lead Artist on the EA FIFA titles).
After a successful career working on over 5 AAA tiles, he made the move into design, graphics and computer animation working with some of the largest Architects and Design Agencies in the UK, Spain, Abu Dabai and Bahrain. Notable Clients being Audi, Mercedes, British Land and Kier Group. Martins area of expertise is now focused on creating VR experiences for cultural heritage and architectural visualisation purposes as well as researching future trends in VR and AR.
