Lieke Sauer joined the Academy of Hotel and Facility Management in 2012 and currently works as a lecturer and researcher. Lieke earned her MSc in Environmental Management from The Open University UK with research on sustainable food. Her work focuses on sustainable food and sustainable hospitality.
