Hayleigh Bosher (1988) teaches Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law at the Academy of Digital Entertainment, NHTV. She has a PhD from Bournemouth University in the field of Copyright Law. Hayleigh's research involves a consideration of online copyright infringement by way of copying and communication to the public, in particular focusing on the internal and external perspectives of the internet. Her research interests include digital copyright law and the internet, and copyright education, as well as privacy, in particular in relation to the legal and ethical regulation of social media. Hayleigh is also a researcher at the centre for intellectual property, policy and management. She has been involved in a number of research projects including www.copyrightuser.org.
