Research interests

Celiane is a psychologist with a master's in social psychology and a PhD in Public Health. Her work focuses on active methodologies that create conditions to learning and to knowledge development. She is involved at the Imagineering Masters teaching Appreciative Inquiry, dialogue theory, Experience Design and Paradigm shifts. AT the Tourism Destination Management she teachers the course Team Performance and Creative Leadership and coordinates the Research course - Research Process and Methods. Her research is informed by relational, arts-based, and innovative methodological approaches, including design thinking and appreciative inquiry, among others.
