      Research interests

      Annemiek van der Schaft (Heerlen 1984) has many years of experience as HR Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. She is skilled in Human Resources, Management, Organizational Development and holds a master in International Business Studies (Maastricht University).

      She currently works on a project about the employee experience of (technological) change. Ongoing technology driven change in organizations strongly challenges employee adaptability and citizenship behaviour. This project focuses on developing a detailed understanding of how employees deal with this challenge, and how employees experience and appraise technology implementation in the work situation. Furthermore, this study aims to identify precedents of adaptive behaviour and explores the application of Design Thinking in creating alternated employee experience of temporal change in the workplace.
