Cities are made for people! The ‘Liveable City’ concept explores how to integrate logistics innovations into daily life by using data for better planning, decreasing commercial traffic and reducing harmful emissions to create healthier, more liveable cities. In this lecture we will look at examples from the Netherlands and cover topics such as Logistics bundling; City Hubs; Home Deliveries and Spatial Development and their applications in the context of modern-day.
