The 4 day module on location-based game design consists of an introduction to games with a special focus on mobile and location-based applications in the travel and tourism context. Students learn how to develop a concept for a game by analyzing the game context, issues, target group and their motivation. Students develop a prototype of their concepts and test it hands on with the user.
