Interdisciplinary Perspectives of Hospitality Research. This Small Group Meeting aims to bring together academics from the various subfields to develop a mutual understanding and future vision of research direction in the field. The participants will actively contribute to a creative process, to facilitate a starting point for collaborative research projects with the objective to innovate and expand our knowledge on food experiences & hospitality.
