As part of the research roundtable, we organised discussions on three main topics: 1) Which development areas (KPIs) are interesting for esports teams? Where does current technology lack? 2) How do we ensure innovations can be implemented and scaled up to professional esports teams? 3) What is the added value of esports research to esports teams and society? We presented the current state of the project “Enhancing Esports Team Performance” and asked for feedback on the multi-modal data science toolkit.
